My career started in business consulting at The Gallup Organization where I had the honor of introducing Strengths Finder and First Break All The Rules to companies throughout Latin America. The foundational principles of focusing on people’s strengths and caring for employees so they care for customers are at the foundation of my professional work. Over the span of 25+ years, I’ve been a co-founder, VP, CEO, CRO, Advisor and what I call Business Therapist.

I enjoy bringing simplicity to businesses so that all team members can align. The concept of Promise Makers and Promise Keepers is one that I have used and referenced for many years, and is at the foundation of this book - Promise Drift. I believe that companies are made of promises and they need to be managed, easily. My passion is to help leaders and teams understand how promises are created, interpreted and delivered across teams - and by doing so creating a harmonious place to work that delights customers and create a trustworthy, scalable and profitable company.
